Material A
  • 2 whole eggs (I use large UK)
  • 8 Egg Yolks
  • 85 gr Refined granulated sugar
  • 70 gram Key Flour
  • 15 grams of Maizena
  • 10 grams of milk powder
  • Material B
  • 100 gr Salted Butter (I anchor, melt)
  • 1.5 tsp Mokka Pasta
  • 1/2 teaspoon Essence coffee
Topping Buttercream
How to make :
  1.  Material A: Egg mixer + Sugar until thick is traced, slowly add flour, cornstarch & sifted milk, stir it, use a spatula.
  2.  Add ingredients B slowly while stirring using a spatula to make sure that there is no precipitate below
  3.  Bake in a 26 cm baking dish that has been lined with paper for 170/180 drjt THE API DOWN until cooked,
  4.  Lift chill rub with decorative butter cream according to taste.
